Shipping + returns
While there are delays in shipping, I'm packaging up your beautiful earrings ASAP and getting them to the post office. If you are hoping to speed the process up, please select Express Post at checkout. Thanks for your understanding.
How is my order sent?
All orders are sent out via Australia Post with options for tracking or Express at Checkout.
All orders are posted in thoughtful packaging; each item is wrapped in recyclable paper and then placed into a cardboard box. Please re-use or recycle our packaging.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when lodged with Australia Post so you can see where it is on its way to you.

Mikmat Designs is not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail but will try our best to work with you to find your items.
I live in Newcastle, or I'm going to see you soon at a market, do I have to pay postage?
No. Please get in touch to discuss what will be the most convenient option for you. You can select the Pick Up option at checkout if your able to collect from Charlestown.
Do you post internationally?
Yes! Parcels will be sent by Air Mail. Postage costs vary depending on your region and prices are calculated at checkout when you select your country. If you would like a tracking number or you have any issues, please email me (email@example.com) and we can work it out!
We love feedback, so if you are unhappy with our products for any reason, please send us an email and we will try our best to work out a solution with you.
We don't give refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully. However, if you make an error during the ordering process, please email us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue and gladly exchange the item ordered, with the item you intended to purchase.
